Gable-fronted two-bay mausoleum built in the decorated gothic style having apse to east. Pitched stone slabbed roof having raised verges. Squared-and-snecked red ashlar walls with stepped buttresses. Pointed-arch headed windows with hood mouldings and leaded glass lights. Pointed-arch headed entrance doorway to principal façade having curvilinear tracery overlight, bossed surround and the initials ‘AI’ and ‘LJ’ carved into flanking spandrels. Timber double-leaf doors with decorative strapwork hinges. Sited on an elevated aspect approached by a flight of steps. Rib-vaulted interior with encaustic floor tiles.
